Description
The School Curriculum and standards Authority (the Authority) will be conducting assessment workshops to provide teachers with information on the assessment requirements for the Year 12 Ancient History General course. The workshops are intended for schools offering the Year 12 Ancient History General course in 2027.
Outcome
The workshops will focus on:
- Unpacking the minor changes made to the Year 11 and 12 Ancient History General syllabus and their implications for assessment development
- developing a shared understanding of the assessment requirements
- developing a shared understanding of Externally Set Task requirements
- explaining sample support materials provided by the Authority.
