Description
Professional learning opportunity to familiarise educators with the Year 11 Careers and Employability General curriculum content for implementation in 2025. The workshops will provide attendees with an understanding of the changes to the curriculum content and include support materials to assist with planning, teaching, and assessing delivery of the updated curriculum.
Outcome
This workshop will focus on:
- the key differences between the current and revised syllabuses
- preparing a course outline and assessment outline
- developing assessment tasks.
Event notes
Teachers are asked to bring a copy of the syllabus downloaded from the Authority website to the session.
The sessions are free to attend, however, schools are responsible for teacher relief.
