Description
The School Curriculum and Standards Authority invite Early Childhood (K-2) teachers and leaders to an afternoon session to learn about some of the updates in the Early Years Learning Framework v2.0, followed by a curriculum myth busting session and an overview of the new early childhood support materials.
Outcome
The EYLF v2.0 update will cover the following updated Principles and Practices:
- Embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives
- Consider sustainability in all its forms
- Exercise collaborative leadership and work as a team
- Planning and implementing play-based learning with intentionality
